Slow down to conserve your energy. It is ok to take your time and have a more leisurely approach.

Although Sloth may be slow, that does not mean it is lazy. When you feel the need to rush and get ahead, let this gentle creature remind you that it is ok to slow down and take your time. When you’re working on a project that requires a great deal of your attention, make sure you are not overexerting yourself. Slow down to conserve your energy and make sure you do not create burnout by working too hard or too fast. This message of slowing down also applies to relationships or friendships that seem to be moving too quickly. When you want to take things slower and set your own pace, let Sloth guide you. Do not worry about keeping up with others and do not feel pressured to move faster than you are ready to move. Take as much time as you need and be both gentle and realistic with yourself as you are moving forward on your path.
