Bear is a powerful guide and guardian. Representing strength in both spirit and in physical form, this animal is a fearless protector. Bear reminds us to set boundaries and to defend them courageously. Be brave and confident. Believe in yourself and your ability to be assertive in the face of adversity. Bears also emphasize the importance of solitude and rest through the act of hibernation. Spend time alone meditating so you can recharge your mind, body and spirit. This will be a very healing time for you of deep introspection. Be sure to get enough rest so you can restore your energies to their fullest. In addition, Bear fully acknowledges the sweet side of life through the foraging of berries and honey. Find ways to seek out more sweetness and be sure to treat yourself well. Make time for yourself above all else.
