Be observant of those around you and look for the signs that will indicate who is trustworthy and who is not. Know that you are always safe and protected, and you have the choice to let others into your world or keep them out. Learn how to set boundaries and say no when it is not safe or appropriate. Know when to let your guard down and reveal your vulnerability to those who have earned your trust. This will enable you to strengthen your relationships and go even deeper with the people you care about.
