Honor your connections with friends, family and community. Spend time together instead of alone.

Penguins are best known for their nurturing and caring instincts when it comes to raising families. Traditional gender roles are reversed as the males care for the nest while the females hunt. Are you limiting yourself by the rules placed upon you by society? Know that you are free to redefine yourself so you can take on the roles that feel the most comfortable to you. Additionally, you are being asked to nurture your connection with others. Spend time with friends, family and community rather than being alone. Lean upon others more often and do not be afraid to ask for help. You do not have to do everything alone. Honor your close friendships and relationships and allow those you care about to help you when needed. When you have the capacity, find ways to be of service to your community and those you care about.
