When you need to set boundaries with others, call on Skunk. This animal knows exactly when and how to defend itself and only does so when it’s absolutely necessary. There is nothing to fear once you realize that you are safe and protected at all times. It is ok to say no. You have the ability to retreat from the stress and chaos of difficult people by simply walking away. If confrontation does occur, you are allowed to set your boundaries and communicate what you will and will not tolerate. Even though confrontation is not your ideal scenario, remember that you have the power to decide how you respond. When having to deal with aggressive people or situations, do not be afraid to stand your ground and put up your defenses when necessary. Skunk will help you to navigate quickly away from danger and back to safety again.
