Llama is a very wise animal who knows when to say no. When you are feeling overburdened by work and responsibilities from having pushed yourself too hard, allow yourself to rest and take a break. Look at the obligations in your life and start to let some of them go. Say no when you are being asked to take on more than you can handle. Eliminate the need to automatically please others and be more true to your own needs. Do not worry about letting anyone down. It is much more important that you recharge your energies and regain your strength. You will be of greater service to the outer world when you honor your own needs and impulses first. Llama is here to remind you that you are capable of carrying great loads, but that doesn’t mean you have to. Only carry that which serves you and let go of the rest.
