Shipping & Returns
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours unless an item is out of stock, in which case you will be notified. We do our best to accommodate orders as quickly as possible, and we prepare orders every Monday and Friday for shipment. You will be notified as soon as your order is processed and again when your order ships. We work as quickly as possible to make sure you receive your order as fast as possible!
SHIPPING METHOD
All prints and books are shipped via USPS standard mail. Tracking numbers will be provided on most items when tracking is available. Books that are mailed via USPS as media mail and are not trackable but there post office codes that will be provided. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be traced, we will replace the item after 14 days if the item has still not been located. If you have any issues with your shipment, please contact Customer Support and we will help to sort the issue.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each piece is hand packaged and quality checked to make sure items are in perfect condition for shipping. If you aren't happy with your purchase, please email our customer service team to let us know why. We are happy to replace any damaged or defective items that may result from mailing mishaps or accidents. Please notify us within one week of receiving the item so we can send you a replacement immediately.
If you decide to return an item, our Return Policy lasts for 30 days from purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact Customer Support for further instructions on where to send returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the return is processed. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on method of payment.
